Create your my.FPB account
We will need the Customer Acc # and my.FPB token from your bill.
Customer Acc #
This is located in the top right corner of your monthly bill and in the Account Summary.
This is located in the Account Summary section (box) below Customer Acct #.
Now we just need a little more information to create your account
Mobile Phone Number
We’ll use this to communicate information from my.FPB (optional)
Receive Paper Bill
By choosing yes, you will continue to receive a bill in the mail every month.
