Welcome to FPB.
To sign up as a new customer online you will need a few things:
- A myFPB Account. You will create that now
- A Government Issued Photo ID
- A Lease Agreement, if renting
- Your Bank Account Number and Routing Number, to pay any deposits and activation fees
If you cannot provide any of the above, you will need to come into our office to sign up for services.

We need a little bit of information to create your myFPB account. Then we will email you a link to sign up for services
We will need the Customer Acc # and myFPB token from your bill. Where's this?
Now we just need a little more information to create your account

- Save Time. No need to wait for a paper bill, you will be informed via email as soon as your bill is ready.
- Save Money. No need to spend money on postage. Using myFPB eCheck you can pay online for free.
- Save Clutter. myFPB has an archive of all your bills. No need to save paper copies.
- Save Trees. No printed bill means less paper.
- Get $5. Receive a $5 credit on your bill for signing up for paperless billing. Credit will appear within two billing cycles.
